Fun at the Park

Well, we thought about going to the zoo today with our play gorup, but the weather was too iffy. If we would have known how nice it was going to end up we would have went, but instead we waited till the nice weather was actually here and headed off to the park. We tried a new park that had an awesome playground, nothing for Kiera's size tho and there was no other kids so Kaitlyn ran around for about 20 minutes and we packed up and headed to ol reliable. When we got there it was full of kids running around and playing. Right away a girl came up to Kaitlyn and asked if she wanted to play tag. I am so used to watching her like a hawk, but being she has really matured over the winter months, I told her to stay on the blue surface, pretty much the hole playground area and have fun. She never once left the blue area and played tag with all the kids for over an hour. She had a blast. It was so nice to give her her space and let her do her thing with the other kids. So while she was playing I took Kiera down a few slides and let her walk the place. Kiera decided after about 2 hours of fun she had to dirty her diaper and I didn'y have anymore diapers in the bag, so that was our que to leave. Kaitlyn didn't even throw a fit, she just did the big slide about ten times, each time saying, "last time, mommy." finally she had enough and we headed out.
