On another EXCITING note, a subject that we don't talk about a whole bunch. It has been 1 year and 1 day since her last seizure! We are hoping to never have one again, but we will just take it one day at a time. I have been thinking about the whole ordeal alot lately for one with Kaitlyn going to be away at preschool on a daily bases, but the main thing that has triggered all this thought is that Kiera is almost the age Kaitlyn was when she had her first episode and I cannot help but think how quickly your life can change. You go to bed one night everything smooth sailing with a healthy beautiful 1 1/2 year old with no extra worries or concerns and then you wake up the very next morning and your baby is awake but not responding to you followed by the worry, the doctors, the meds and so on. I hope Kiera doesn't ever give us a surprise like that, but I can't help but wonder every night when I go to bed what will tomorrow bring? All I can do is Thank God for an "uneventful" great day that has come to an end and hope and pray that the next day is just as good if not better.
So, Congratulations Kaitlyn on One Full Year of being Seizure Free!!!
Back to the subject of Preschool. If you think about it next time you talk to Kaitlyn or see her ask her about school, she thinks she is so mature now and loves to talk about it. We have been making it a huge thing here because it is!

Your right they do grow up quickly. Enjoy each day. Yesterday never comes back around. You have been very fortunate to be with the girls as they have grow. Alot of people dont get that chance with todays working moms. I am so glad you have had that chance. I did and I wouldn't change that for anything. Her going to pre school day care what ever its called. I think is great to get her ready for school. I will probably be there to see Kaitlyns excitement and your tears.
